IonQ respects the rights of others to run any jobs on ionQ technology they desire. However, we do have some simple basic rules about the jobs you may submit to IonQ for processing.

1. Only submit jobs that you have the right to submit (e.g., do not steal other people's work).
2. Do not submit any jobs that violate any laws, rules or regulations.
3. Do not submit any jobs where the intent is (or the output of the job would allow you to) to gain unauthorized access to a third party's system, software or network.
